When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm on work days for in-stock products will be shipped (dispatched) that same day around 4:00 pm around Gaborone area. You will be notified via WhatsApp (along with tracking details) once your order is shipped.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed, i.e. so an order placed after 1:00 pm Friday up until 1:00 pm Monday afternoon, would be shipped before 1:00 pm Tuesday afternoon. You will receive an sms or WhatsApp, informing you your order has been shipped on the day of dispatch.

What do you concider Major City Center (MCC)?

Deliveries to MCCs should occur within 1-2 work days from the day the order is dispatched. Orders for delivery outside of these areas and to suburbs further out from these centres (ODA: Outlying Delivery Areas), will take 2-3 (and sometimes up to 5) working days for delivery.

How does your delivery and 24Hr dispatch work?

Goods that are available (in stock) are shipped/dispatched within 24hrs when ordered before 1:00 pm during office hours. If for any reason an item is out of stock or is on order, you will be immediately notified, and can expect to have the goods dispatched within 2 weeks - but realistically this is much quicker.

Please note: Deliveries are usually made in the morning before 12h00 (midday) working days Monday to Friday (and Saturdays at a nominal extra fee) however please allow until 5:00 pm for delivery.

Friday orders placed before 1:00 pm can expect delivery on Monday (provided it is not a long weekend and Monday is a normal working day). Orders placed after 1:00 pm Friday and over the weekend (and up to 1:00 pm Monday) can expect delivery on Tuesday. Orders placed the day before a public holiday will arrive the following working day.

Can I come collect my order?

Collections from our Gaborone office are welcome. Once your order has been paid for, processed and packed you can collect from our offices weekdays between 09h00 - 17h30 using details below. You are also able to pay when you collect either via card or cash. Waiting time varies depending on the order.

How long should I expect my order to arrive?

Customers with their delivery address in a major city center should work on 1-2 days for their package to be delivered after the order has been shipped. Orders over 2 kg will take an extra 1-2 days for shipping. Normally though if the item(s) ordered are in stock (and < 2 kg) and the order is placed before 1:00 pm on a work day, usually you should receive your package the very following business day - provided your delivery address is in a Major Town/City Center.

What if my package has not arrived after 5 days?

If you have not received your package after 5 working days and delivery was via a courier, there could be a problem with delivery. Please contact us if there's is no tracking information so we can follow up with the couriers.

Do you ship outside of Botswana?

Currently we only ship to South Africa and the following neighboring countries: Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia. Orders can still be placed for addresses outside of these areas, however we will need to get a quote for delivery to your country.

Do I have to pay additional taxes and duties?

For the SACU region, customs duty is free. However, VAT shall be applicable.

We are proudly one of those companies that hold their own stock. The price you are charged at checkout is the final price you will pay, excluding delivery charges of course!

What will be "Transaction description" appears as on my Card statement?

Our secure payment pages are hosted and processed by FNB, VISA. "Beauty MatriX" will appear on your transaction statements. However, we are not held responsible for declined transactions that are not properly done, including charges that may be applicable for the decline in transaction. Terms and Conditions apply.

Do you accept PayPal payments?

Yes, you can shop with us using your PayPal account. We are an online shop that can accept PayPal payments. Please note though that amounts are calculated in US Dollar ($) as Botswana Pula (BWP) and South African Rands (ZAR) are not supported by PayPal yet. The amount will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Please also ensure that your verified address on your PayPal account matches the delivery address on the order to avoid delay. This is required for Seller Protection by PayPal.
